By accessing and using the Hurghada Sunny Beach Tours website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Booking and Payments

• Free Online Booking: We offer a "Book Now, Pay Later" system. No credit card is required to secure your reservation online.
• Payment at Pickup: The full payment for your booked tour must be made in cash directly to our representative upon your pickup from your hotel or designated meeting point.
• Currency: Prices are quoted in Euros (€) or US Dollars ($), but we accept local currency based on the daily exchange rate.

3. Cancellations and Modifications

• Flexible Cancellation: We offer industry-leading flexibility. You can cancel or modify your booking free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
• No-Shows: Since we do not charge upfront, we rely on mutual trust. Please inform us as early as possible if you cannot attend so we can offer the spot to other travelers.
• Weather Conditions: Sea trips and certain safaris are subject to weather conditions. If a tour is canceled by us due to poor weather, you will be offered an alternative date or a full cancellation.

4. Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers must follow the instructions of our expert guides at all times, especially during diving, snorkeling, and safari activities. We reserve the right to terminate the participation of any individual whose behavior is disruptive or threatens the safety of others.
